Delivery Times

When you order from us we make them fresh. We do not pre-stock ourselves and hence we require a lead time to start making the chocolates when you place and order with us.

Busy Times

During busy times, such as holiday periods, we encourage you to order as much in advance as possible.

Domestic & International Delivery
Our unique products from Treeoflifechocolate is made only one place in the world. We do offer Domestic & International shipping for some of our products for enquiries please send an email to feedback@treeoflifechocolate.com

Tracking

Once you place your order you will receive an e-mail and sms containing your order tracking information. When the order is dispatched from our store there will be another email and sms to confirm dispatch.

Cancellations & Returns
After placing an order, customer can only cancel the order if the order state is showing as “pending” under Order History. As our products are perishable once the order is processed it cannot be cancelled.

In case of Gift Certificate
Gift Certificate cannot be canceled.

Cancellation of Order by Treeoflifechocolate
Treeoflifechocolate reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price or for any other reason. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment been received. The 100% payment shall be refunded and the User shall be informed of the same.

If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to a mistake by the User (i.e. wrong or incomplete name or address or recipient not available or any other related reason) any extra cost spent by Treeoflifechocolate for re-delivery shall be claimed from the User.

Replacement/ Return Policy by Treeoflifechocolate

In the unlikely event of the food item getting damaged during delivery please call us immediately on 9986133222 and we will offer you either a replacement or refund in case you made an advance payment.
An email notification will be sent once the return has been processed.
